EARLIER: Paid a deposit in July for two patio doors. Was told “three weeks” to make the doors then would be put on the install schedule. Three weeks later, “the doors are here and there are eight installs ahead of you”. A week later, ‘doors are not here because they didn’t have the locks for them’. ?? Where’d they go from being ‘here’ a week earlier? Since then, the only contact has been from me calling them (one way) and being told, nope, locks not in yet – locks not in yet. After three months of ‘not in yet’ I said if I can’t speak to Rebel in the next three days I want my money back. Well guess what? Again, no calls, no updates, only excuses. Now been waiting more than three weeks for the refund. “She sent it in the mail” and I’ll personally drop of a check by Friday afternoon”. Guess what? No check, no calls, only more excuses, “I didn’t get the chance to make it there and I’m stuck out of town on a sales call.” Un-huh. Next step – and it’s not like they haven’t been warned – civil suit will be drawn up by my attorney. I get it, some delays are unavoidable. But the radio-silence from All American is far from what I consider good customer service. And the willful withholding of my deposit being returned only leads to this review. Would rate negative stars if I could. PS – several sites, including their own say they accept credit cards. I tried to use my Visa and was told we don’t accept them any longer, the bank cancelled us. I would have had the credit card company cancel the order and refund my deposit. But now I wait for a check that may not be delivered. (Marvin was more than willing to drive to pick up my deposit check, but the refund? Nope. Hence, lawsuit soon pending.)



So, when I needed another window replaced, who else would I go to?
I can trust them to do a good, professional job.

Although they made quick time of the project you pay for it in the long run. Rebel and his team rushed and left holes in my siding where they ripped out the previous homeowners dish clips AND a hole in the roof under facade. We have contacted the office manager to pass along our requests to touch base with Rebel as well as including pictures of the before and after of our siding to get those repaired MULTIPLE times this summer. He has NEVER returned our calls nor is he in the office to speak with when we stopped by. We now have to contact an exterminator as wasps and bees have started to build hives in these holes in the back. The hole in the roof facade now hosts a bird that had tried to attack my children and I as we enter and exit our home as it right next to our side door that we use as our main entrance. Both my husband and our 7 lb dog have been stung which required a vet visit and pain meds due to the extreme pain she was in. Seems like we will now have to pay a handyman to fix our siding as well due to his negligence and refusal to speak to his customers. Poor customer service. Don’t do business with them!!
